During Hasan's trial proceedings:
-NO EYEWITNESS TESTIMONY!
-NO MATERIAL EVIDENCE LINKING
HASAN TO ANY MURDER!
-His constitutional rights were
continuously violated:
-He had incompetent defense attorneys.
-His judge was pro-prosecution. In fact, his judge
was a former prosecutor and used to work for
the same office which prosecuted Hasan's case.
-His jury was racially stacked.
-He was denied funds to secure expert witnesses.
-He was not allowed to throughly cross-examine some of the witnesses for the state.
-The State knowingly put on perjured testimony and/or allowed it to go uncorrected.
-The "key" witness against Hasan has admitted to coercion from the prosecution to lie and has since recanted his testimony.
